Ed Sheeran Acoustic Cover

This evening I recorded another video, after not having done one in pretty much over 2 years.

This cover is a song called Small Bump by Ed Sheeran. He's an amazing talented young artist and I loved his music so much I had to do a cover. The song is very sensitive and is about a 'Small Bump' developing in its mother when it's cruelly taken away from life. It's a sad story with beautiful lyrics. I hope you enjoy the video. Open Mic - The Jolly Brewer, Lincoln

So I was invited to an open mic session at The Jolly Brewer in Lincoln. Despite the fact that I haven't got up and sung and played my guitar in front of an audience in about 3 years, I decided to give it a go.

I sang 'Pumped up kicks' - Foster the people, acoustic style with my two friends and I sung 'Skinny Love'- Bonny Iver (Ed Sheeran style) Both songs were acoustic.

I had a very lovely free pint after and thoroughly enjoyed it the whole evening. The audience were excellent, warm and inviting. If anyone is ever free on a Wednesday night at about 9pm, I suggest you get yourself down there!!

I will definitely be going again!
